What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground. Small items may ship USPS Priority. If you prefer another method or need expedited shipping, please choose the appropriate option at checkout. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to change your shipping method, please call us immediately.

How Long Will It Take For My Package To Ship?

Our shipping cut-off time is 12:00PM (MST) Monday – Friday. Tracking information will be available after your order has shipped.

For all in-stock parts and accessories that are ordered prior to that time, we will have your order shipped the same day.

For all Reactor Systems, if the order is placed by 12:00PM (MST), it will ship the following day. Systems with a 3-gallon tank will ship 2-3 business days after the order is processed.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. International orders require additional information so you must contact us prior to placing an order via phone or email (sales@radioactiveperformance.com). International orders so not qualify for any of our “free shipping” programs. Customer will be responsible for all import duties, fees, etc.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept debit cards, all major credit cards and PayPal. Cash will be accepted at selected event we attend. Checks of any kind are not accepted.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account. We do recommend setting up your account for ease of order tracking, special offers and order history.
